Does Goodwear accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we do! We are willing to replace your doubts and second thoughts with an item that is perfect for you.

You are allowed to return your purchase within 5 days from the date received. All returns and exchanges will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher. We will gladly give a full refund subject to the terms below:


Goodwear Merchandise:

  1. The items to be returned are unused and in the same condition as they were received with tags attached.
  2. Bags, Footwear and accessories should be returned without additional scratches, stains or signs of usage. Kindly include the boxes and dust bags if it came with the purchased items.

    Which items are not eligible for return? Hygiene and our customers’ safety is very important for us, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

    • Clothing, where the product hang tag has been removed
    • Footwear that has been used
    • Swimwear
    • Final Sale Items


Return & Shipping:

  1. Shipping fee for returned item will be c/o the buyer.
  2. Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
  3. Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us, kindly make sure the items are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.
    As the package remains under the customer’s responsibility until it arrives in our HQ, you may want to keep track of the tracking no. from the courier.
  4. We don't accept returns if it is passed the *5 day upon receipt return policy*. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your delivery address on the order form and ask you to cover the shipping costs.

Refunds & Additional Information:

  1. Please allow us 5-7 working days to complete your refund/store credit from the time Goodwear receives the merchandise.
  2. Goodwear reserves the right to withhold any refunds until the items have been received and inspected by our team.
  3. Bank Reversal- Some banks may charge a processing that could affect the total amount of your refund. You may coordinate with your bank regarding this. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, kindly read the product description, size, condition rank, and check the photos carefully.
