  1. Are all your products good as new?
    Since Goodwear products are pre-owned, items will not be as brand new as they were in-store. But we make sure to only showcase items with good quality for a reasonable price.

  2. What are your condition standards?
    Our team inspects the quality and cleanliness of the products from our vendors. Each product is categorized by its condition using our product condition ranking.

  3. Are your branded products authentic?
    We do our best to ensure that all branded items we offer are authentic.

  4. What are your payment options?
    There are several payment channels that you can choose from.

    • Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped within Metro Manila only.
    • PayPal
      • Visa & Master credit cards
      • GCash
      • GrabPay
      • ATOME for installment payments

  5. When will I receive my package?
    For orders within Metro Manila, please expect your package within 4-7 business days.
    For orders outside of Metro Manila, please allow 5-10 business days.

  6. Can I cancel an order?
    We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real-time during business hours.

    There could be some instances wherein we are unable to cancel order/s once they have entered the shipping process.

  7. How do I track my order?

    A notification will be sent through email with your tracking information once your package has been shipped.

    You can view and track your order status under My Account.

  8. Does Goodwear accept returns and exchanges?

    Yes, we do! We are willing to replace your doubts and second thoughts with the perfect item for you.

    You are allowed to return your purchase within 7 days from the date received.

    We will gladly give a full refund if items are returned in the same condition as they were received and with tags attached.

    All returns and exchanges will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher.

    1. Goodwear reserves the right to withhold any refunds until the items have been received by our office.
    2. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
    3. Shipping fee for returned item will be c/o the buyer.
    4. Please allow us 3-7 working days to complete your refund from the time Goodwear receives the merchandise.
    5. Bank Reversal- Some banks may charge a processing that could affect the total amount of your refund. You may coordinate with your bank regarding this.
    6. In order to avoid unnecessary returns, kindly read the product description, size, condition rank, and check the photos carefully.

  9. Which items are not eligible for return?
    • Final Sale item
    • Clothing, where in the product hang tag has been removed
    • Footwear that has been used
    • Swimwear

  10. How do I get promo codes?
    To get updates about new promo codes, be sure to have your push notifications turned on, subscribe to our emails, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram!

  11. Which items are excluded from promotions and discounts?

    • It will be indicated in the item’s product page if coupons, vouchers, and promotions can’t be applied to it.
    • Coupons and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
